The lake at bear mountainThis what it looks like when you ride your bike 55 miles north of New York city along 9w. I dare you to try it. Oh yeah, bring a tent and some food cause you will be hungry and need a place to crash. This was the first real indication that this trip is going to be crazy hard. I'm going to have to reach into the depths of my soul to pull this off. For gods sake don't text and drive! Sweaty, dirty, sun burn, exhausted, all for this beautiful picture at the lake. I slept like a rock.
